INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING

What are other people putting on their bricks?

Please visit http://www.personalizemyrosebowlbrick.com to create your personal message on an interactive virtual brick. Simply select a brick option and type in the boxes provided to instantly see how your inscription will look engraved on a simulated stadium brick. Other inscription examples in various categories are also available to assist you with your personal inscription and to nudge your creativity.

Can I put a personal image or graphic on my brick?

No, only numbers, letters and/or punctuation marks found on a standard keyboard are permitted. Websites, phone numbers, and/or commercialization is not acceptable.

Do you allow any lower case letters?

Yes, if requested for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.), otherwise all inscriptions will be centered and engraved in UPPER CASE font.

How big are the letters on the brick?

The letter height is one half of an inch.

Do the messages automatically get centered on the brick?

Yes.

How many letters fit on a line?

15 characters are allowed per line of text for both the 4” x 8” and 8” x 8” brick sizes. A character consists of a letter, number, punctuation mark and blank spaces.

How many lines fit on a 4" x 8"?

1-3 lines of text will fit on a 4” x 8” brick.

How many lines fit on an 8" x 8"?

1-6 lines of text will fit on an 8” x 8” brick and 1-4 lines will fit on an 8" x 8" logo brick.

Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?

Yes, there is a $10 reprocessing fee to completely change an inscription as it has to be resubmitted and go through the approval process. Corrections made to an inscription due to an error are not subject to any fees if the corrections are made during the proof period indicated on the "Inscription Verification Letter" that is mailed once approved by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses®.

ORDER / PAYMENT

What is the last date I can order?

Space is limited within various sections of the "Premium Rose” emblem and within the "Rose Plaza" sections, therefore all brick sales will be on a first come, first served basis.

When does my credit card get charged?

Online orders are charged immediately, whereas faxed or mailed in orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.

When can I expect confirmation of my order?

-An automatic payment receipt is generated for any orders placed online followed-up by an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days of the order being processed.
-Direct Mail orders and faxed-in orders are processed within 5-7 business days and an email order confirmation is sent if an email address is provided.
-An Inscription Verification Letter along with a "Keepsake Certificate" will be mailed for ALL orders within 3-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses®.
-Watch closely for emails in the event it goes to a spam or junk mail folder.

Have you received my order?

-If you provided a valid email address and have not received an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days after placing your order online or over the phone, please call to inquire about the status of your order.
-If you mailed your order with payment, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your email confirmation or for the purchase amount to post to your credit card or banking account if an email address was not provided.
-An Inscription Verification Letter along with a "Keepsake Certificate" will be mailed for ALL orders within 3-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses®.

Is there a discount for special groups?

Not generally, discounts may be promoted randomly throughout the duration of the program at the discretion of Pasadena Tournament of Roses®.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for a friend?

Yes, gift certificates can also secure YOUR spot at Rose Bowl Stadium giving you time to create the perfect inscription.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

A portion of the installed brick paver purchase will be tax deductible and noted on your Inscription Verification Letter that is mailed out once orders are approved by Pasadena Tournament of Roses®. Generally within 3-4 weeks of your order being processed.

Is there sales tax?

Yes, a combined CA State/County sales tax applies to keepsake replica bricks and display cases only. It does not apply to the legacy bricks installed at Rose Bowl Stadium. Tax is calculated upon billing check-out and only applies to CA purchasers.

Can I pay by check?

Where will the proceeds from the bricks go?

The proceeds from the Brick Campaign will be used in a joint effort between the Rose Bowl Stadium and the Tournament of Roses to support the continuing improvement of the stadium, including projects directly benefitting patrons of the Rose Bowl Game. Projects include fan enhancements to public areas, upgraded patron experiences, historical and other features highlighting the Rose Bowl Game and recognition of the Rose Bowl Game’s great participants over the last 100 games.

How many bricks are available?

Quantities are limited and will sell out on a first come, first served basis.

Can I choose where my brick is placed?

-No. Premium 8x8 bricks within the rose emblem will be randomly placed according to the quantiy and percentages of logo bricks and text bricks to determine the overall aesthetic appeal.
-There will be special consideration given for the 4x8 "Rose Plaza" bricks if you indicate an affiliation when ordering your brick (e.g., Big Ten or Pac-12 universities). Otherwise, placement will be random within the plaza sections.

How will I know where my brick is?

After the bricks have been installed, a locator map will be provided to each brick owner to assist you in finding your brick at the main Gate A Plaza entrance to Rose Bowl Stadium.

When and where are the bricks going to be placed?

-The next brick installment for PHASE II are slated to be installed during the month of December, just in time for the holidays!
-The bricks are featured in the Rose Plaza, directly in front of Gate A main entrance to Rose Bowl Stadium.

REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES

What is the replica made of?

Replicas are made of the same brick material as those installed at Rose Bowl Stadium and include a commemorative plaque affixed to the top. Colors may vary.

Can a replica be shipped to a different address?

Yes, with the exception of A.P.O. and P.O. Boxes.

How long does it take to get my replica?

Replicas are expected to be engraved and shipped within 10-12 weeks from the date the order is processed and approved by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses®.

Can I pay to have my replica expedited?

Yes, please call 1-855-ROSE-BWL (855-767-3295) to speak with a customer service representative and to get a shipping quote.

Where is my replica brick?

If you placed your order more than 12 weeks ago and have not received a shipment tracking notification, please call 1-855-ROSE-BWL (855-767-3295) or send an email to rosebowlbricks@fundraisersltd.com.

Can I order additional replicas after I have placed my order?
