INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING
What are other people putting on their bricks?

Can I put a personal image or graphic on my brick?
No; additional logos or graphics are not permitted.
Can I use a heart (or other special character) symbol?
No; special letters, fonts or symbols not found on a standard keyboard are not permitted.
Do you allow any lower case letters?
Only for name emphasis…for example, when the 2nd letter is lower case followed by upper case such as McDOUGALL, McFADDEN, etc.
How big are the letters on the brick?
The letter height is a half of an inch.
Do the messages automatically get centered on the brick?
Yes
How many letters fit on a line?
15 spaces per line for both the 4"x8" and the 8"x8" options. A space consists of a letter, number, blank space, or punctuation.
How many lines fit on a 4"x 8"?
You may have from 1-3 lines of text.
How many lines fit on an 8"x 8"?
You may have from 1-6 lines of text on the 8"x8" with no Logo
You may have from 1-4 lines of text on the 8"x8" with a Logo
Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?
Yes; you will receive a letter confirming your personal message with in 2-4 weeks of your order being processed. You will then have 10 days from the date of the letter to make changes. A $10 change fee may apply depending on changes.

What is the last date I can order?
The Legacy Brick Program will be closing on December 31, 2017, so don't delay and get in the circle!
When does my credit card get charged?
Your card will be charged within two business days following the date your order is placed.
Have you received my order?
If you have not received an order/payment confirmation within 2 business days, please inquire about the status of your order by calling 1-855-ROCK-HALL (762-5425) or send an email to legacybricks@rockhall.org.
When can I expect confirmation of my order?
You will receive an order/payment receipt via email within 2 business days following the date your order was placed. Always check your spam or junk mail folder in case it goes there from a new sender.
Is there a discount for Special Groups?
No; due to limited quantities additional discounts will not be offered.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for a friend?
Yes; gift certificates are available by calling 1-855-ROCK-HALL (762-5425).
Is my purchase tax deductible?
Yes, as follows;
4x8 Brick Only for $145 is 100% tax deductible
4x8 Brick Package for $195 is tax deductible in the amount of $145
8x8 Brick Package for $300 is tax deductible in the amount of $215
8x8 Logo Brick Package for $350 is tax deductible in the amount of $265

Where will the proceeds from the bricks go?
Proceeds support the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum's award-winning education programs, exhibits and public performances.
QUANTITY / LOCATION
How many bricks are available?
Quantities are limited and will sell out on a first-come, first-served basis. Remember, the program ends on December 31, 2017.​
Can I choose where my brick is placed?
No; brick placement will be random.
How will I know where my brick is?
After the bricks have been installed, a locator map will be mailed to you to assist you in locating your brick at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum.
When and where are the bricks going to be placed?
Bricks for this final phase will be installed in front of the plaza at the Rock Hall in the late spring/early summer of 2018
REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES
What is the replica made of?
The replica is made of the same material as the brick to be installed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum. Colors may vary slightly.
Can a Replica be shipped to a different address?
Yes, with the exception of P.O. & A.P.O. Box addresses.
How long does it take to get my replica?
Replicas are expected to be engraved and shipped within 8-12 weeks from the date the order was processed.
Can I pay to have my replica expedited?
Yes; please call 1-855-ROCK-HALL (762-5425) for a price quote.
Where is my replica brick?
If you have placed an order more than 12 weeks ago and have not received a shipment tracking notification, please email legacybricks@rockhall.org or call 1-855-ROCK-HALL (762-5425).
