What are other people putting on their bricks?

Please visit www.imaginemyredskinsbrickrva.com to create your personal message on an interactive virtual brick. Simply select a brick option and type in the boxes provided to instantly see how your inscription will look on a simulated version of your brick. In addition, other inscription examples are provided to nudge your creativity.

Can I put a personal image, graphic or symbol on my 4 x 8 brick?

No, only numbers, letters, and/or punctuation marks found on a standard keyboard are permitted. Websites, phone numbers, and/or commercialization is not acceptable. We reserve the right to approve all inscriptions prior to production.

Do you allow any lower case letters?

Yes, if requested for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.), otherwise all inscriptions are automatically centered and engraved in UPPER CASE font.

How big are the letters on the 4 x 8 brick?

The letter height is one half of an inch.

Do the messages automatically get centered on the 4 x 8 brick?

Yes.

How many lines of text can I have on a 4 x 8 brick?

One to three (1-3) lines of text can be engraved on a 4” x 8” brick.

How many characters will fit on each line of the 4 x 8 bricks?

15 characters per line can be engraved on the 4 x 8 brick which includes blank spaces.

How many characters will fit on each line of the 24 x 24 granite?

The 24" x 24" granite is completely custom. The size and complexity of logos and/or text will be finalized and worked through with a final proof approval process.

How many characters will fit on each line of the granite bench?

The granite bench is completely custom. The size and complexity of logos and/or text will be finalized and worked through with a final proof approval process.

Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?

Yes, there is a $10 reprocessing fee for complete changes to an inscription requiring resubmission for approval and the proof time indicated in your inscription verification letter has not expired. There is no fee if an error was made during the order process and it is brought to our attention within the proof time indicated on your inscription verification letter, which you will receive within 3-4 weeks of your order being processed and approved with the exception of special promotions.

ORDER / PAYMENT

What is the last date I can order?

Space at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center will be subject to availability within the various sections and donation levels, therefore all sales will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

When does my credit card get charged?

Online orders and/or phone orders are charged immediately, whereas faxed or mailed in orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.

When can I expect confirmation of my order?

- A payment receipt for online and/or phone orders will be generated immediately upon successful payment transaction and will be followed up with a separate email order confirmation within 2-5 business days of the order being processed.
- Direct Mail and fax orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and an email order confirmation will be sent if an email address is provided.
- A final inscription verification letter will be sent for ALL orders within 3-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved by the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center with the exception of special promotions.
- Watch closely for emails in the event it goes to a spam or junk email folder.

Have you received my order?

- If you have ordered online or over the phone and provided a valid email address and have not received an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days, please call 1-855-SKNS-BRX (855-756-7279) to inquire about the status of your order.
- For those that mail or fax in their orders with payment; please allow 5-7 business days for an email confirmation or for the charge to post to your credit card or banking account if no email address was provided or call us at 1-855-SKNS-BRX (855-756-7279) if you would like us to mail you a receipt.
- A final inscription verification letter will be sent for ALL orders within 3-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved with the exception of special promotions

Yes; your purchase, including applicable fees are subject to a 5.3% Virginia state sales tax

- Yes. If you decide to pay by check, you may want to create your personal inscription first on a virtual legacy brick at http://www.imaginemyredskinsbrickrva.com. Once you have typed your ideal message, call 1-855-SKNS-BRX (855-756-7279) to place your order directly with a customer service representative.
- Checks should be made payable to Bon Secours Redskins Brick Program.

Where will the proceeds from the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Legacy Brick Walk go?

Proceeds will continue to help build the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Facility, a state-of-the-art institutional landmark, providing our Washington Redskins with a vital competitive playing edge in NFL football. A portion of all proceeds also help fund youth programs and events in the greater Richmond community to be held on site.

How many bricks are available?

Items are subject to availability at the various sections and donation levels; therefore, all sales will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I choose where my brick is placed?

No, bricks will be randomly placed in a pattern according to the architectural design layout for the fan zone and 100 yard walkway at the training center.

How will I know where my brick is located?

After installation, a locator map will be provided to assist you in locating your brick.

When will the bricks be installed?

All bricks are scheduled to be installed prior to the Washington Redskins training season.

Where will the bricks be installed?

The 4” x 8” bricks, 24” x 24” granite and the granite benches will be prominently featured in the fan zone and the 100 yard walkway located at the main entrance to the training facility on West Leigh Street in the heart of downtown Richmond.

KEEPSAKE REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES

What is the keepsake replica made of?

Keepsake replicas are made of the the same bricks and/or granite material installed in the legacy walk. Each keepsake replica is engraved with the same personal message or custom logo featured in the legacy walk for display in your home or office. The 4" x 8" keepsake replica includes a commemorative plaque affixed to the top whereas the granite replicas are custom framed and engraved on 12" x 12" polished granite pieces. Keepsake replica colors may vary from the installed brick.

Can a keepsake replica be shipped to a different address?

Yes, with the exception of A.P.O. and P.O. Boxes.

How long does it take to get my keepsake replica?

Keepsake replicas are expected to be engraved and shipped within 10-12 weeks from the date the order is processed and approved by the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center.

Can I pay to have my keepsake replica expedited?
