INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING

What are other people putting on their bricks?

Please visit http://www.imaginemyLSFanwalk.com which is our interactive virtual brick site where you can type and create your personal inscription on a simulated stadium brick. You can view other inscription examples to assist you with your inscription and to nudge your creativity.

Can I put a personal image or graphic on my brick?

No; only numbers, letters and/or punctuation marks found on a standard keyboard are permitted. No websites, phone numbers, and/or commercialization.

Do you allow any lower case letters?

Yes; for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.), otherwise all inscriptions will be centered and engraved in UPPERCASE font.

How big are the letters on the brick?

The letter height is a half of an inch.

Do the messages automatically get centered on the brick?

Yes

How many letters fit on a line?

15 characters are allowed per line of text for both the 4” x 8” and 8” x 8” brick sizes. A character consists of a letter, number, punctuation mark and blank spaces. Note: Levi's® Stadium is a trademark name and therefore if the name is part of the inscription, the registered ® is required and will take up (1) character of the 15 character limit.

How many lines fit on a 4" x 8"?

1-3 lines of text will fit on a 4” x 8” brick.

How many lines fit on an 8" x 8"?

1-6 lines of text will fit on an 8” x 8” brick and 1-4 lines will fit on an 8" x 8" logo brick.

Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?

Yes; there is a $10 reprocessing fee to change an inscription as it has to be resubmitted and go through the approval process. Corrections made to an inscription due to an error are not subject to any fees if the corrections are made during the proof period indicated on the Inscription Verification Letter that is mailed for all approved inscriptions.

ORDER / PAYMENT

What is the last date I can order?

Space in defined locations at the new Levi's ® Stadium will be limited, therefore all brick sales will be on a first come, first served basis.

When does my credit card get charged?

Online orders are charged immediately and faxed or mailed in orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.

When can I expect confirmation of my order?

-An instant payment receipt will be generated for online orders followed by an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days of the order being placed.
-Direct Mail orders and faxed orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and an email order confirmation is generated if an email address is provided.
-An Inscription Verification letter along with a "Keepsake Certificate" will be mailed out for ALL orders within 2-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved by the Santa Clara Stadium Authority.
-Watch closely for emails in the event it goes to a spam or junk mail folder.

Have you received my order?

-If you ordered online or over the phone and provided a valid email account and have not received an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days, please call to inquire about the status of your order.
-For those that mail in their orders with payment; please allow 5-7 business days for an email confirmation or for the amount to post to your credit card or banking account if no email was provided.
-An Inscription Verification Letter along with a "Keepsake Certificate" will be mailed out for ALL orders within 2-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved by the Santa Clara Stadium Authority.

Is there a discount for special groups?

No.

Can I purchase a gift certificate for a friend?

- Yes; gift certificates can also secure your spot at the Levi's ® Stadium giving you time to create the perfect inscription.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

No.

Is there sales tax?

Yes; the purchase is subject to an 8.75% sales tax.

Can I pay by check?

Yes. Please make check payable to "Levi's ® Stadium Fanwalk".

Where do I mail my check?

Mail to: Levi's ® Stadium Fanwalk • P.O. Box 9725 • Boise, ID 83707.

Where will the proceeds from the bricks go?

The proceeds from the brick program go to the Santa Clara Stadium Authority and contribute in part to the construction of the new stadium.

QUANTITY / LOCATION

How many bricks are available?

Quantities are limited and will sell out on a first come, first served basis.

Can I choose where my brick is placed?

No; bricks will be placed in the order in which they are received and approved.

How will I know where my brick is?

After installation of the bricks, a locator map will be sent to assist you in finding your brick at the new Levi's ® Stadium.

When and where are the bricks going to be placed?

All remaining Fanwalk bricks purchased by the deadline date of December 31, 2015 are tentatively slated for installation the week of February 29th. The Fanwalk is located in the exterior plaza main entrance area of Intel Gate A. Always check your emails for announcements!

REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES

What is the replica made of?

Replicas are made of the same material as those to be installed at the Levi's ® Stadium. A commemorative plaque is affixed to the top. Colors may vary slightly.

Can a Replica be shipped to a different address?

Yes, with the exception of A.P.O. and P.O. Boxes.

How long does it take to get my replica?

Replicas are expected to be engraved and shipped within 8-12 weeks from the date the order is processed and approved by the Santa Clara Stadium Authority.

Can I pay to have my replica expedited?

Yes; please call 855-LS-FANWALK (855-573-2692) to speak with a customer service representative and to get a shipping quote.

Where is my replica brick?

If you placed your order more than 12 weeks ago and have not received a shipment tracking notification, please call 855-LS-FANWALK (855-573-2692) or send an email to LSFanwalk@fundraisersltd.com.

Can I order additional Replicas after I have placed my order?

Yes; please call 855-LS-FANWALK (855-573-2692) to place your order over the phone with a customer service representative. Additional replicas cannot be purchased online.
