Yes – the Child Art Brick option allows for a 2 line personal message and your child's drawing. A downloadable pdf with instructions is provided after check-out.

If you choose the Els Art Brick option, you may select one of four 'Els' stock art images for your brick in addition to your personal 2 line message. The Els flag logo, puzzle pieces, a lion image or the Els for Autism ribbon are available.

Websites, phone numbers, and/or commercialization are not acceptable. The Els for Autism Foundation reserves the right to approve all inscriptions and art prior to production. The Foundation reserves the right to slightly alter complex or detailed areas, without notice to donor.

Yes, if requested for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.), otherwise all inscriptions are automatically centered and engraved in UPPER CASE font.

The letter height is one half of an inch.

Yes.

15 characters per line can be engraved on a both the 4” x 8” and 8”x8” bricks. A character consists of letters, numbers, punctuation marks and blank spaces.

1-3 lines of text can be engraved on a 4” x 8” brick.
1-6 lines of text can be engraved on an 8" x 8" brick.
1-2 lines of text plus an 'Els' art imagee can be engraved on the 8" x 8" Els Art Brick.
1-2 lines of text plus your child's drawing can be engraved on the 8" x 8" Child Art Brick.

Once the proof period is passed the ability to make changes is not guaranteed as the brick may have gone into production

There is a $10 reprocessing fee to make complete changes to an inscription requiring the inscription to be resubmitted for approval, however there is no fee if an error was made during the order process and it is brought to our attention within the proof time indicated on your “Inscription Verification Letter”. You will receive your letter within 3-4 weeks of your order being approved by the Els for Autism Foundation.

Bricks at The Els Center of Excellence will sell on a first come, first served basis.

Not generally, discounts may be promoted randomly throughout the duration of the program at the discretion of Els for Autism. Please contact us at 1-844-ELS-BRIX (844-357-2749) or send an email to bricks@ernieels.com if you are interested in ordering 10 or more bricks for special discount consideration.

Yes! Please select the gift certificate option during the order process. Gift certificates secure your place at The Els Center of Excellence while allowing you time for you, or your gift recipient, to create the perfect inscription. Gift certificates will be emailed within 5-7 business days from receipt of your order. If you require the certificate sooner and/or would like it emailed to an alternate address please contact us at 1-844-ELS-BRIX (844-357-2749) or send an email to bricks@ernieels.com.

Online orders are charged immediately, whereas phone, fax or mail in orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.

- A payment receipt for online and phone orders will be generated immediately upon a successful transaction and will be followed up with a separate email order confirmation within 2-5 business days of the order being processed.
- Direct mail orders and faxed orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and an email order confirmation will be sent if an email address is provided.
- A final inscription verification letter will be sent for ALL orders within 3-4 weeks of the order being processed and approved by the Els for Autism Foundation.
- Watch closely for your email order confirmation in the event it goes to your spam or junk mail folder.

- If you ordered online or by phone and provided a valid email account and have not received an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days, please call to inquire about the status of your order.
- For those that mail or fax in their orders with payment, please allow 5-7 business days for an email confirmation or for the amount to post to your credit card statement or banking account if no email was provided.

Commemorative bricks installed at The Els Center of Excellence are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for this donation. Els for Autism is a US public charity (EIN #26-3520396), recognized by the IRS as exempt from Federal tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the tax code. Donors should consult their tax advisor to determine whether they are eligible to claim a deduction associated with their donation.

A receipt for each brick donation will be provided in your email order confirmation.

Proceeds will help build and sustain The Els Center of Excellence.

Your brick will be a part of The Els Center of Excellence courtyard as long as the courtyard exists, which is expected to be no less than 20 years. Els for Autism maintains the right to remove or relocate the bricks at their discretion.

Quantities are limited and will sell out on a first come, first served basis.

Bricks will be placed in the order in which they are received and approved.

After installation of the bricks, a locator map will be provided to assist you in locating your brick in The Els Center of Excellence courtyard.

Bricks will be installed periodically depending on volume of orders received; this will likely be annually.

The bricks will be installed in the Center’s courtyard; a focal point within the new Center.
